Just a quick note to say THANK YOU for super-rushing my Final Four t-shirts order to me in beautiful Brooklyn, NY. As I mentioned on my order, my Kansas-based family is currently in England, where I will be joining them tomorrow night for a family wedding this coming weekend. To say they are distraught at being away at such a crucial time for the Jayhawks is an understatement...I know they'll each be thrilled to get a surprise t-shirt from home.
All y'all always bend over backwards to help us lonely customers outside the Great Midwest, truly exemplifying Kansas hospitality. Thought the big city is now my home, I can't thank you enough for giving me another reason to be proud to forever be a Kansas girl.

Congratulations to all of you at the Kansas Sampler, and to Brooks in particular, for outstanding customer service in the midst of the KU championship gear crush.
I am a 1978 KU Engineering grad who lives in North Carolina. On Wednesday this week I was trying to order addition copies of a KU championship shirt that my dad had bought at the Topeka store and mailed to me. Brooks was able to take my verbal description of the shirt, find the others I wanted, and get them in the mail the same day. I already received the three shirts TODAY!!!!
In phone calls to the Overland Park store and the Topeka store, every employee I talked to was incredibly helpful and courteous. No one ever told me 'sorry, you have to choose from the shirts listed on our website'. Each person did everything they could to help me find the shirts I hoped for.
I have done business with the Kansas Sampler several times in Topeka when visiting my folks, and via your website at Christmas. I am pleased to keep doing business with people who care. I like supporting a local Kansas business that is such a wonderful asset to the community.
